These terms apply to every order placed through racingmindzzz.com. By placing an order you accept them. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Dreamonade is sold by RacingMindzzz, a trade name of Internetsucces, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 66518334. You can reach us at marcus@racingmindzzz.com.

The product

Dreamonade is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, speak to your doctor before use.

Orders and prices

All prices include tax and are shown in the currency of your market. The price shown when you complete your order is the price you pay. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. If a product turns out to be unavailable, or a price was clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Discounts

Discount codes cannot be combined with each other, or with bundle or subscription pricing. One discount applies per order. Codes are personal, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expire on the date stated.

Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, you are billed per delivery and not up front. You can pause, skip, change or cancel it yourself in your account, at any time before the next billing date. We email you before each delivery.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Our shipping policy and our refund policy form part of these terms.

Accuracy of this website

We do our best to keep product information, images and prices accurate and current. Small differences between the photographs and the product you receive can occur.

Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our own failure to meet these terms. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a dispute before the courts of that country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the moment you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
