Refund policy

We want you to be happy with Dreamonade. If it turns out not to be for you, here is exactly how returns work. No small print, no games.

Your legal right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email us before those 14 days are up and tell us you are cancelling. You then have another 14 days to send the product back.

One exception applies by law: sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons are excluded once the seal is broken. Dreamonade is a food supplement in a sealed jar, so an opened jar cannot be returned.

Our 30-day return

On top of your legal rights, we accept returns of unopened jars for 30 days from the day your order arrives. The jar must be unopened, with the seal intact, in its original packaging.

Our 90-night promise

This one is different from the returns above, and it is only for your first jar.

Sleep is personal. You cannot know whether Dreamonade works for you without actually drinking it, and an unopened jar tells you nothing. So on your first order you get 90 nights to find out. If it has done nothing for you, email marcus@racingmindzzz.com within 90 days of delivery and we refund you in full.

You do not need to send the jar back. Keep it, pass it to someone who might get on better with it, or throw it away. Shipping a half-empty jar across Europe helps nobody.

This applies to your first order, to one jar, once per customer. After that the returns above are what stand.

How to return something

Email marcus@racingmindzzz.com with your order number and tell us what you are sending back. We reply with the return address. Please do not send anything back before you have that confirmation, otherwise we cannot match your parcel to your order.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the product arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong thing. Then we cover it.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. If you cancelled the whole order under your legal right to cancel, your original delivery cost is refunded as well.

Damaged or wrong deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo. We will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer, and we pay the shipping.
