The Netherlands, Germany and the United Kingdom.

How your order is shipped

Your order is picked, packed and shipped from an Amazon fulfilment centre. Orders for the Netherlands and Germany ship from Germany. Orders for the United Kingdom ship from within the United Kingdom. Your parcel arrives in plain, unbranded packaging.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed on working days. Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier you receive a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery usually takes two to five working days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and busy periods can add a day.

Customs and import charges

Orders for the Netherlands and Germany ship from inside the European Union, and orders for the United Kingdom ship from inside the United Kingdom. You will not pay import duties or customs charges.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we contact you and reship it once at no cost. A second reship is at your cost.
